The UK is due to leave the EU on the 31st October 2019. After this date we will of course continue to supply our customers in the EU, but there could be some liability for you on Import Duties. As the terms of our departure are still being negotiated, we have no information on what these duties could be. However, payment of any duties or fees would need to be made by the consignee before the goods are delivered. It is also likely that haulage costs will increase to some degree, due to the extra paperwork and longer transit times. We would also require to have your EORI "Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number" to quote on our manifests.
If you are looking to take goods between now and the end of the 2019 we would strongly recommend any orders are placed and paid for before 21st October in order to ensure continuity of supply without any potential import duties or fees.
