Brexit
Following the UK's departure from the EU, we will of course continue to supply goods to all our non-UK customers, but there will have to be a few alterations to the way in which this is achieved. For the time being, with delays at many ports while new systems are put in place, deliveries will take longer than previously, but we will do everything we can to try and reduce the delays.
VAT
As UK VAT is a tax for goods consumed in the UK, all goods exported outside the UK will be zero rated. Please be aware, however, that we will require your EORI number for the export paperwork.
Import Duty
Although export orders will not pay VAT, customers will be liable for destination country Import Duty, according to the rules of said country. Included with your order will be a copy of the paperwork that gives all the information required to complete the Import Duty process.
Arranging Your Own Delivery
Any export customers wishing to arrange their own delivery are more than welcome to do so. Simply inform us of the UK address you would like your goods delivered to once you have made all the necessary arrangements. Please note that in these circumstances, we will be required to charge VAT on your order, which can then be refunded once proof of export has been provided.
